Measurement solution：

The equipment employs an ultra-high-pixel industrial camera and high-speed line scanning system, housed in a robust mechanical structure. The granite gantry frame base, precision grating, and powerful AC servo motors ensure the accuracy and stability necessary for precision measurement.

Multiple identical measuring tables can be freely arranged.

Calibration is not required before measuring each product.

Clicking on a result in the table displays the corresponding task position on the DXF image.

Measured parts are automatically assigned sequential ID numbers.

DXF images are merged immediately after top and bottom optical scanning.

Preloading the offline software program enables the equipment to read and quickly convert various process data formats (DXF, Gerber, Excellon, ODB++, IGS, Rout) into automatic measurement programs, significantly reducing programming time and boosting efficiency.

This solution is ideal for various circuit board manufacturing processes, including film, drilling, laser drilling, dry film development, copper plating, etching, green oil, gold plating, forming, and quality inspection.
