1. The probe is configured according to the actual parts under test. IMS 10T is used in Figure 1;


2. After fixing the measured parts, open the IMS-DMISca ++ measurement software (parts and fixtures are matched on the 3D model) and import it into the software, input the body coordinate system value of the matched parts, and automatically fit and establish the coordinate system;


3, according to the size and geometric tolerance of the drawing calibration, edit the measurement position on the digital model;


4. Execute the automatic measurement program and output the test report after completion.
