Solution Application Introduction:
This solution employs 3D imaging inspection to analyze weld surfaces. A 3D profiler camera captures point cloud data during scanning, and inspection software processes this data to determine weld size and identify defects.

Case analysis
1. The robot grasps the workpiece, and the operator initiates the process by pressing the start button on both sides of the door.
2. The scanner scans the part's QR code, verifies the part type and number, and transmits this information to the PLC.
3. The PLC triggers the measurement system, sending a "StartCycle" signal and the VIN code to the measurement control cabinet to initiate the detection program.
4. The system begins measuring the workpiece, sequentially detecting each weld.
5. The detection results are displayed on the user interface.
6. The system provides real-time alerts for NG workpieces (via tower lights and the HMI) and transmits information about acceptable workpieces to the coding machine.
7. The fixture releases the workpiece, and the robot transfers it to the appropriate OK or NG area.
